How do I pay?I use the Dumpling app to accept orders and payments. After registering with Dumpling, you simply create an order in the app and add your delivery information. Your order total in the app will update with the correct total after I have finished shopping for your order. You may see a $20 pre-authorization charge on your card, don't worry! This will be removed once your order is complete.

Is my financial information secure?Yes! The Dumpling app does not store your credit card information. Dumpling uses Stripe, a well regarded 3rd party payment processor that is a level 1 PCI service provider. That's just a fancy way of saying I nor Dumpling has access to your credit card information at any time.

Are there any hidden fees?No! You will always pay in-store prices for your items. You can clearly view your total breakdown on the summary page before you place your order.

What stores do you shop at? Can I request multiple stores?I can shop at any store that accepts Visa. If you don't see the store you want listed, simply choose "Pick a Store" and create your order. I'm more than happy to shop at multiple stores. Just create your shopping list for each store you need items from.

How quick or far in advance can I place an order?You can place an order up to 6 days in advance. For same day deliveries contact me and I will work with you to find a time at mutually benefits us.

How do I create a shopping list?You can create a list in the Dumpling app by selecting a store and choosing items from their product list. If something is not on their list you can add it as a special request item. If you prefer you can send me your list via text, email, or screenshots of a list from another app. If you choose to send a list in a way other than the Dumpling app, you'll need to create a one item order in the app for your payment to be processed. Your total will update as soon as I've finished shopping.

What if I cannot find what I'm looking for in the app?Don't worry! You can choose to add a custom item in the app and even include a picture so I know exactly what you are looking for. Don't forget to include the product size and flavor. If I have any questions about an item, I will contact you for verification or to offer substitutions should the item not be available.
